Jaime - General Contractor: Menlo Park, California, United States; Hello Everyone. My name is Jaime Maldonado. I was born in Mexico, in the late 60's. I came to the USA around 1988. I became a citizen of America in the year 2000. When I first got here I liked it very much. I started working hard in a factory for about 10 years. That's where I got the chance to learn more about Carpentry and soldering. After those 10 years I decided to dedicate myself only to Construction and I dedicated myself to work for the Union for 2 years. After that I decided to work with a General Contractor, where I learned everything concerning the remodeling of a house. Now after 8 long years, in the branch, I have come to dominate varias trades suh as plumbing, tile, electricity, sheet-rock, tape and mud and I also have gotten my Contractors License. So right now I am studying in an advanced course about electricity becuase it interests me to get my Electrician's Certificate. So that I could provide better cuality of work for my clients and legaly not have ANY problems witht the state.
